Cute DIY rooom decor with jars and bottles

Make cute room decor with recycled bottles and jars!!!? 

First up is a 'Jar of Stars' just paper stars filled up, looks really cute ;)

Use a bottle to HOLD ALL YOUR BRACELETS :O you can just cover up the bottle with paint, or washi tape, any of your choice and THATS IT!

 This one is very elegant looking and easy! I had a really small Jar, and found a prefect full DANDELION! Just gently put that in, bottle it up and VOWLA cute desk item!

 Bottle with a cork! I just added ribbon and lace to decorate and fill up, bling with some gems on a bow and BAM.

And the Classic, Boat in a bottle ^_^ I bought this from a garage sale, and I think it looks really nice on my shelves :D If you'd like to see more bottle charm related stuff (ones with a cork top) I have made a post one it just click the link below :D

LAST IS ONE OF MY FAVES! GREAT way to recycle your finished perfume bottles or nail polish bottles. 

Clean the bottle and pop a flower :D (of course take the lid off. You can put real or fake, I put a fake one; and this rose is inspired from Alice in Wonderland, Queen of Hearts roses when the cards are trying to paint the white roses red. 

I LOVED ALL THESE mini crafts, gives a great accent of beauty on your shelves or on your desk :)

My Glitter Charm bottle collection

HEYO

This is my beautiful Glitter charm bottle collection, Its still growing :D I just got a recent colour of rose gold but its not in a bottle yet :/ 

Starting from the right, I have given them names of

Ruby, strawberry apple, cotton candy, orange, lemon, lime, grass, emerald, Sapphire, deep sea, cinderalla, Amethyst, Royal violet, Murasaki diamonds, fairytale magic,silver, snow, gold, and galaxy. 

(mind the slight coverage on the side) 

I got all my bottles from the dollar store and the glitter contained inside them; except for the white and black glitter. I got it in a 13 pack of glitter at a store called The Warehouse. I still have many other colours yet to be in bottles ^_^

STAPLER FREE STAPLER!!!?

STAPLER FREE STAPLER!!! YEUUUP 

(I did not purchase this item it was given by a company 'not sponsored') 

I think this brand is PLUS because it's printed on the stapler as well as the packaging. Maybe its Paper Clinch IDK.

I'm not exactly sure where you could find this maybe at stationary shops, not sure.

ANYWAYS LETS GET ON WITH THIS AMAZING STAPLER FREEEE STAPLER 

This is the packaging (I opened it ._. then took a pic whoops XD) 

I'n not sure if it comes in different colours but I recieved green :D 

It is about 11cm wide and out of packaging it had a plastic wrapping and a piece of paper with instructions on how to use it. Its not like a stapler stapler, the top does not come off to place staplers like normal ones as this is stapler FREE stapler ;)

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Here is a picture of how the paper looks like when taken out. Yes it does have a hole, its like the paper is like looped or hooked together on its self with the other paper as you can see.

This photo below shows how it looks behind. I stand corrected ^_^. 

What do I think of this stapler FREE stapler: 

It IS pretty cool, no need to buy extra staplers to stock up, you just buy this one thing and THATS it!

I tested the strength of it. It is pretty sturdy. 

Yes you can take it apart like a normal stapled paper. Instead of taking out the stapler and pricking yourself you just have to unloop the paper.

 I think that its also much safer for kids to use and you won't have any trouble to staple just a click and DONE! You don't have to worry about staplers that just don't seem to go through the paper.

Overall I am switching to use this :D I hope it would come in more colours like purple ;)

DIY Bottle Charm collection

HEYO 

I'm gonna share with you my small bottle charm collection (and growing) 

Yes, I made all of these myself, one is pinterest inspired, and the rest I thought of myself ^_^ 

This bottle charm is filled with tea and gold sprinkles :D

I made this (not because bad a expired tea and yes its real tea inside) because in school for wearable arts someone had like a mad hatter, tea? kind of inspired dress and had some left over soooo why not!?

This bottle charm is filled with dandelions and a green bell to represent fairies.

(pinterest inspired) 

All the bottle charms below are Cinderella themed

(background: cinderella inspired glitter colours)

On the right is Cinderella's dress with a purple butterfly on the outside.

On the right, its kind of hard to see, but there are star dust (star shaped glitter) at the bottom and a string of clear beads to represent magic. Cinderella's glass slipper shown is usually in the bottle but since its hard to see I took it out.

This SUPER MINI bottle charm contains homemade salt crystals. This came to mind because I had a science project where I had to grow salt crystals and I thought it'd be SO COOL if they were in a miniature bottle.

'Beach Adventures in a bottle'

Simply filled with pretty shells and a miniature key and letter. Gold glitter to give a magical effect.

As you can see, a seahorse pet in a bottle XD 

Sand at the bottom, shells surrounding seahorse and that mini muscle shell contains a pearl.

It is also filled up with clear glue to give the water effect.

I got the sea horse figure from what I have here a shop in Kelly Teltons where all our beautiful fish is displaced. 

The very first pencil shavings bottle up into a bottle charm XD

I thought of this only because the pencil shavings looked so neat and clean :). 

A bottle vase? MINI flowers in a bottle? XD I didn't make this into a bottle charm 1) they were real flowers and died XD r.i.p 2) how am I gonna make it into a necklace I don't have those rings and chains they show on pinterest XD welp this was a very pretty one in my opinion. 

I thought of this when I was having a walk around the neighbourhood and found these pretty flowers by the side walk.

Hope you admired these cute bottle charms; as this is only the beginning to my collection, I would be making more, maybe when I reach 20 bottle charms I would make a second update :D

Holiday Lunch

I'm on my Summer holiday ^_^ Enjoying it to the fullest before it ends XD 

Just wanted to share this amazing food experience :) 

This may look like your average chocolate Frap But with that dash of chocolate shavings on top really gave it an interesting flavour to the cream.

It was refreshing and ice cold, relaxing prefect for a hot summer's day. 

It was a very old fashioned themed shop even with its workers dressed up in an old fashioned way, really brought life to the whole shop.

Here comes the main dish. NACHOS! BUT This one was served specially on a wooden block wit that cute mini black pot filled with the mince and CHEESE and hint of beens. Keeping it Hot and JUST the RIGHT flavouring and texture :D 

The Sour cream you see next to the tomato catch up is a puff of PERFECT SOUR CREAM, like OMG It was like HEAVEN as you take a bite of nacho with that magical sour cream topped on=MUST TRY 

This Holiday lunch was surely scrumptious ;) 

DIY draw divider organiser

HEYO

I just finished a DIY project to organise my draws before school starts for me LEH XD 

Materials:

Shoe box lid

white computer paper

any smaller boxes from snacks or any paper cardboard 

tools:

hot glue gun (or any strong glue)

pencil

ruler

gluestick 

I started off with my shoebox lid and planned out where each of my dividers are gonna be making the correct measurements. (if you want you can even write what is gonna go in which slot to help)

Now you just have to grab a bunch of random boxes from your finished snacks (you can also create you own box if you wish) make sure they are all the same height (unless you want some taller or shorter feel free) Mine were 5cm high boxes. Arrange in any order or style and glue them together.

You can either cover all your boxes and dividers with the white paper THEN glue together or you can glue together first like what I did then cover it white. You can also paint white if you wish but I had lots of scrap paper with a blank side. 

(you can even cover it with different colours of your choice)

(decorate with washi tape or other if you wish)

The shoe box lid would also need to be covered to match your dividers and just glue your little dividers to the lid and VOWLA 

This really organises your draws keeping them neat and pretty ^_^ Really simple and is able to be handcrafted just by household items around the house. 

I find these are really helpful, so even if you have A LOT of random (craft) stuff like me, just by popping them into these dividers would make your draws look MUCH neater. 

I chose white to make it look clean and elegant. 

I do strongly recommend hot glue to glue them down stronger and its quick to dry :D

This draw organiser can also be customised taller to hold your pens and pencils placed on your desk :)

DIY Stationary craft marathon

Its the holidays for me SOOO I got crafting XD...a lot this is just the stationary bit ;) 

All photos are taken by me, crafts I made ^_^

To start off I just made a pencil/pen holder out of a coffee cup ^_^ you can use any even a starbucks cup. What I did here is cut a circle 1cm close to the edge, THATS IT XD 

To decorate the pencils add any pretty tape like washi tape :D Or even go crazy with glitter applying modpodge with a paintbrush ;)

Decorate your Binder with scrapbooking paper or any coloured pretty paper (add clear adhesive to protect it) lastly just trim it with ribbon and sequins and VOWLA 

                             

On the topic of book covering go ahead and do it with your exercise books :D Add in washi tape this time maybe.

Here's 2 different ways to decor your glue stick in one shot. Either just wrap up with washi tape like the orange zig sag, 

OR

 if your an artsy person like me and like to doodle, cover your glue stick in white paper and GET YOUR SHARPIES AND PENCILS OUT ^_^ 

This ones my Favourite :D CUTE PAPERCLIPS. I personally came up with this, it might be created already IDK I couldn't find this idea online, so I guess I'm first :D 

I had some really pretty & cute stickers lying around and had bare paperclips :o 

Just take your sticker off, place on top of paperclip, glued down with hot glue, and VERY IMPORTANT YOU MUST cover the sticky side of sticker full with hot glue to give it a smooth finish and avoid dust piling on sticky side.

DIY 2016 Calendar

HEYO 

For 2016 to start of fresh and nice I made my own DIY 2016 calendar :D

I'll explain the steps as clearly as possible XD 

This was just a first time trial inspired by a calendar I found in a TG Magazine in 2015.

Materials:

A3 paper (or scrap poster you don't need, thats what I used :)

3 or more coloured paper of your choice (mine: pink, blue, yellow)

black sharpie

Gel pens (from smiggle) 

Scrapbook paper of your choice (to cover the background 

Gems 

Glitter 

Something with a round base or use a compass to draw your own.

Glue, scissors, ruler, modpodge 

and some stickers to decorate :D 

Reference to a 2016 Calendar to right the correct dates.

This is my Finished Calendar :D 

This craft does take a lot of time, so be patient, especially because of creating 12 circles, measuring straight rows to right all the dates :/ ^_^ but I think its worth it seeing something beautiful all year round. 

My circle size was 9cm in diameter, if you were to draw your own Radius:4.5cm

Depending how big you want them, whether to overlap one another or not, I didn't want to cover too much as I wanted to doodle on each month. 

Background: just stuck scrapbooking paper and washi tape for the bottom and a blue coloured paper strip for the 2016 heading. 

You can print out the numbers or draw them yourself (as I did) in the colours you desire, I like to give my crafts a bit of bling and sparkle so I decided to throw in some gems and used modpodge applied with a brush to give a silver gradient on the bottom to separate from he blue below. 

I hope I explained clearly enough to assist you if you decide to make one :D

Anyways,

I hope you guys feel great with another completed year of 2015 with your head high and proud, 

if not that high, THEN YA BETTER THIS YEAR! 

I know the usual blah blah new year's resolution and goals you must have heard it a thousand times, But what happens when the years about the end? You've got that random list of stuff you wanted to do but never even glanced at -_-

I'd say start little keep it in your head, If your the person that archives big every year WELL YA BETTER OUT DO YOURSELF THIS YEAR KAY doesn't mean you sit around because you completed something. 

MAKE 2016 AMAZING! AWESOME, the BEST year YET, 

I have been more organised and focused then ever, writing notes to myself and a to do list to outdo my self from last year! 

I'M READY 2016 ^_^ 

My Manicure I did by myself for Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I do this thing where I do up my own nails for christmas (my sis too or someone if they want toXD) 

I did different themes on my hands, 

Left hand is all cute and fancy with colours of pink, gold, white and BLING 

Right hand has a christmas theme and one is filled with fruits to stand for Summer as it is summer in December where I am :) 

 Here are some Photos I took of them ^_^ 

:left hand 

From the left nail:

 base is a pink to white ombre with a bow, a pearl and a few gems, 

middle finger has a diagonal gradient with glitter studs to separate from the sea of gems and studs while there is a butterfly 

ring finger: just a normal pink to gold gradient with a 3D pattern on the top and a few gems

Pinky: diagonal white with 3D glitter to separate from nail colour and on the photo below shows it has a while gem 

Right Hand: 

from the left nail: Candy cane pattern, fruits, blue christmas tree with a purple star and I tried to do an ornament on a green background XD 

I my favourite is this design ^_^

What I got for Christmas 2015

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE 

Hope you enjoy your holidays as I am relieved to be relaxed ^_^ 

Here are a few things I have received and am thankful for:

From my Aunty: Book of scrapbooking paper and bonus stickers <3 

         

    In this picture there are pearl stickers, white gem stickers,  3 glitter tapes, a pretty metal framed 

stickers and som transparent colour changing bows :D 

          This  bulk of items were chosen myself as I was given Shopping money for christmas :D 

This photo is just a close up of one of the items in the photo above ^_^ 

I have also chosen a set of copic markers online due to arrive in a few months :p

Studying for Exams :p

O..M...G 

Studying for Exams SO MUCH these pass few weeks. 

GAH SO STRESSFUL but after next week...vowla nothing to worry about at all.

JUST FUN FROM THEN ON 

Welp Wish me luck on my 6 exams in under 4 days and all those other people having exams.

 I FEEL YOUR PAIN! THE STRUGGLE 

So yeah today i was studying all day, now i need a break '-' 

Here's a random photo of my study area and also showing how i study ish. XD

I know, tis looks random and messy and thinking what is up with all this stuff. 

Welp i am studying on my bed, YA GOTTA BE COMFY when you're studying.

I shall name every item and why i have it :3 

starting from the left of all my colourful highlighters, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink. Yes, yes I do need all those colours. I like to organise in colours. and its fun. There's purple.

Then there are those rainbow sticky notes above the highlighters, to help create tabs so i could find the section i need quickly. 

Oh yas i know you see tape. If something random fall out or is stuffed up I can then fix it :D

Calculator for doing maths before, I'm doing Science biology in this picture why do i have a calculator? 

OH YOU SEE THAT FLOWER PEN! Its then pen i previously showed you guys how to make them called "minute crafts". 

...and I'm pretty sure you know why a need a pen.

There's also a fluffy blue pen if you can seek it and a purple Rock paper scissors pen with crystals in them. This purple pen is resting on my hidden study note book.

I know you see a tissue box. Does that have anything to do with studying? no. I just needed because i sneeze a lot DEAL WITH IT. 

OH YOU SEE THE SCISSORS?! what's that for you ask? To kill people if they interrupt me while studying...I need to defend myself you know. Nah i'm just joking to cut the tape, and give myself scars :p JK

Moving to the right you'll see a golden diary with the letter C and I don't know if you can see it but it has an elephant, felt paperclip plus a thousand cat paperclips. ITS ESSENTIAL OKAY I need to keep track of what i need to study next.

Underneath the diary is a blue booklet which is also un necessary in this scene as i was not studying for english BUT WHY NOT. It has all these amazing guides, techniques in writing everything and anything so why not.

Lastly there's a white piece of paper on the very right...That'd also to do with english, and exam guide for english. I'm so unorganised and organised LOL ;) ;) 

Thanks for bothering to read my blog explaining weird stuff about stuff in my random "study" pic on Science...was. And during exam period YAY why aren't you studying??? :o

Paris Fashion: Mood Board

My very own mood board with a drawing of my outfit :D

Light pink, grey, black and SILVER!! slash glitter!? 

My outfit drawn above is a Paris, city style, with many accessories going with it.

On the top right corner shows my hair tie worn a light baby pink rose with a big pearl as a cute accent.

The necklace worn it the little ice cream cone I made myself :D a vanilla flavoured ice cream with light pink, hint of purple and white glitter sprinkles that act as a really delicate nice bling. Oh and you can't forget the mini adorable pink pearls hiding among the ice cream charm XD

On the top left corner is the sweet "LOVE" lip balm used with a very sugary strong scent of strawberry.

Matching nail art for your nails i have a D.I.Y baby pink, light grey and you can't forget glitter for a pretty BLING. They have a little glass case on top containing shimmering crystals #PERFECT

Want more shine?! The sliver charm bracelet TOTES completes the look with a tiny accent of white! 

Now if you were to have this cute mood in your pencil case; say what!? I have 2 stationary items in pearl finish; in pearl light pink and pearl white. 

Now just swag on a grey coat with black glitter and pink polka dots with a loose baby pink sweater inside ;) Remember the black tights and those fluffy boots in a purply red pink XD (with a leopard print inside ;) ) 

Toss your hair into a side ponytail and VWALA!!! <3

bought my usual monthly magazine and got a shopkin!? 

yeah -_- i know they're for "KIDS" 

But... XD i like to use them as cute pencil toppers because they have holes for it XD lol!

and yeah I got a series 3 one XD hahahhaha (don't laugh don't judge XD)
